The estate is situated in Monte Carvoeiro and just a throw away from the beach, championship golf courses Pestana Gramacho and Pinta as well as the Country club.Within easy reach are the beautiful Monchique Mountains, the historic town of Silves, Lagos and Cape S. Attention: The 3rd and 5th person in the T1 and T2 apartments sleep in an extra bed.
Extra beds cost 10 € per night, babybeds are free of charge.

Driving directions ( from Faro Airport):
1 - Follow the main road to the motorway IP1 (A22).
2 - On the motorway, take the Lisbon-Portimao-Lagos direction (Follow Portimao).
3 - Leave the motorway at the Lagoa exit. Follow "Lagoa Sul".
4 - Cross the round-about towards carvoeiro.
5 - At the following traffic light turn right towards Carvoeiro and pass "Plus" supermarket until reaching the next round-about.
6 - Cross the round-about towards "Sesmarias", following the "Carvoeiro Club" and "Tennis Club" signs.
7 - At the following round-about you drive straight until the water tower and at the next round-about trun left and continue.
8 - At the following intersection you will observe a sign: "Tennis Club" and "Quinta do Mato Serrao", you turn right and after about 200 m. you will find the holiday resort.
